Chiropractic care has been a part of my life since I was a young child. Originally from the Adelaide Hills, I trained to become a chiropractor in Sydney, completing my studies at Macquarie University in 2017. I have since returned to South Australia, and after having practiced at several other busy family practices, I am now the principal Chiropractor at Burnside Chiropractic.
I have always seen chiropractic as a way to help get the most from my body. As with most multisport enthusiasts, I periodically experienced the challenges of injury, and the first stop on my road to recovery would always be to my Doctor of Chiropractic. I also discovered that my sport performance improved with chiropractic care, and I felt like my body just ‘worked better’.
It was these personal experiences that sparked my desire to pursue a career as chiropractor. Whether I am treating an athlete, parent, child, or anyone else, my goal is always the same… to help their bodies perform at their absolute best. I am always expanding my repertoire of skills to assist my patients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and tailoring them for each patient so I can provide for their individual needs.
